My career didn’t begin with a grand plan — it began with clarity. At 29, I knew the cubicle-and-headset path wasn’t the future I wanted, so I made a deliberate pivot. I left my role in customer service and pursued marketing and public relations at the University of Winnipeg
From there, I moved quickly into agency and corporate environments, supporting both B2B and B2C brands. These roles sharpened my ability to think strategically, adapt across industries, and execute marketing that aligned business goals with real-world results.
At the peak of my corporate career, I led national brand and marketing initiatives for one of Manitoba’s most respected food manufacturers. This included managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and overseeing the company’s exhibitor presence at major national trade shows. From brand strategy to on-the-ground execution, I was responsible for ensuring consistency, visibility, and impact across every touchpoint. That experience sharpened my leadership and strategic decision-making — and ultimately clarified something important: while I thrived inside established organizations, my strongest work would come from building something of my own.
Five years into entrepreneurship, I now partner with service-based businesses and growing brands to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to their marketing. My work is rooted in strategy — helping clients simplify their messaging, strengthen their positioning, and make confident decisions that support sustainable growth. I don’t believe in overcomplication or trend-chasing; I believe in clear thinking, intentional action, and systems that actually work.
Outside of my work, I value balance and discipline. I’m a proud mom to my adult son, spend quality time with my fur baby Charlotte, and prioritize daily strength training, running, and rest — because longevity, in business and life, matters.
