Lynne Roy, Creative Director & Owner
A late bloomer in the business world, Lynne arrived at her current destination in perfect divine timing, armed with a blend of education and lived experiences that continue to enable her to chart her unique path to both time and financial freedom.
This journey began at the age of 29 when she decided that the confines of cubicles and headsets were no longer for her. With unwavering determination, she bid farewell to her corporate role as a customer service representative, opting to further her education in marketing and public relations at the esteemed University of Winnipeg.
In the subsequent years, she demonstrated remarkable progress in her career by enthusiastically embracing the opportunities that aligned with her ambitions. From agency and corporate positions to providing invaluable support in B2B and B2C marketing, she fearlessly undertook a wide array of roles, amassing a wealth of expertise.
At the pinnacle of her corporate career, she found herself at the helm of national brand and marketing endeavors for one of Manitoba's most esteemed food manufacturers. Each stage of her professional journey provided her valuable lessons, meticulously preparing her not only to manage a business but to do so with unparalleled success. Though her knowledge and skills were cultivated in the corporate world, it became abundantly clear that her true calling was entrepreneurship.
When she isn't passionately engaged in client projects or overseeing her business, she cherishes her time at home, enjoying quality moments with her adult son and her beloved feline companion, Charlotte.
Beyond her professional aspirations, she maintains a strong commitment to personal well-being, dedicating time to daily running, rigorous strength training, and the diligent prioritization of restful sleep.
Pamela Roz, PR Director & Social Media Manager
For the past 17 years, Pamela Roz has become a well-rounded Radio Broadcaster and Public Relations Professional.
As a Publicist, she has helped dozens of Manitoba-based artists, theatre organizations, events, and charities gain media coverage, improve their online presence, and grow their public followings.
Pamela has expanded her skills to include Social Media Management and Marketing for elleRoy Consulting, creating and posting engaging content to various social media platforms to improve a client’s online presence, increasing brand awareness, and boosting engagement.
Pamela is passionate about volunteering to support and promote local causes, offering her time and skills to connect them with their audiences and customers.
